The Drama department is run by Mrs S Rickman. She teaches the majority of drama at the school and is in charge of the school production - 2009's production is REBEL and will be open to the public in April 2009.

So far this year has been a great year for Drama, loads of creative talent on show in the drama studio.

Year 7 have produced some fantastic masks and these are on display around the school. They are working on their masked bench scene and the video will be available soon.

Year 8 are just starting on their script 'Living with people'. They are busy rehearsing and will be performing in the next few weeks.

Year 9 have just started a big project based on 'A soldiers story' each form will be working in groups to develop improvised scenes based on different stage of the soldiers life ... from call up to the final telegram. These pieces will be collected together, rehearsed, costumes and filmed to produce one collective.
